1. Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position
is to oversee and perform basic HR services &
Administrative work such as receipt, arrange and report a minutes meeting, monthly
meeting, office management, manage fix asset, office equipment.
2. Job Description:
- Purchase goods, supplies and services required for the office
- Issue staff card, staff uniform welcome visitors and provide them services
- Oversee the office organization and maintenance issues, general repair as well security and cleaning.
- Monitor and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
- Arrange the management minutes meeting as weekly, monthly, or anytime needed
3. Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or IR
- 0-2 years experiences in HR/Admin or related field
- Female, age from 22 – 30 Years old
- Competent in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Working day from Monday – Friday 8 Hrs a day, Saturday work 4 hours
- Holiday Sunday and traditional holiday
