Deliver our Customer Service level as announced by Management
Process Customer Orders and manage Customer Orders till deliveries are made;
Manager Team to deliver the above-mentioned responsibilities;
To be responsible for reviewing contracts and managing the processing of sales orders and billing changes into the order/billing system
To Investigate, review, and provide resolution to billing related issues and run invoice processes per agreed upon schedule
To review contract data for billing accuracy and research customer agreements, addendums that outline the key rates, terms and conditions in various agreements.
Develop and analyze spreadsheets to process monthly, quarterly billing
Identify, contact and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues in a timely.

Education: Bachelor Logistics or Business Administration;
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Billing and/or Customer Order Processing role;
Type: Excellent analytical skills, judgement and decision making, able to work well under pressure, able to handle high volume of workload in short periods of time effectively and efficiently, excellent communication skills;
Competencies: meeting the TOA DNA;
Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Language: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
