Division : Corporate Planning Division

1, Job Requirement 
  • Bachelor degree of Business administration, Finance or equivalent 
  • Fresh graduated or 1 year of experience in working and handling management reporting in company of a large corporation operating multi-branch as advantage 
  • Well organized and possess strong supervisory and planning skills 
  • Good analytical and problem solving 
  • Experience in secretary work is a PLUS Demonstrate of excellent communication 
  • Effective verbal (English), listening and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point 
  • Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skills 
  • Willing to work hard, able to work with less supervision with honest and self –motivated 
2. Job Description 

A. Company performance PDCA: 
     1. Develop management monthly meeting material 
  • Sharing the schedule/template and follow up department in charge to submit required materials per schedule 
  • Consolidate the company P/L performance through collecting from department in charge 
  • Assist supervisor to analyze monthly P/L report vs. original target 
  • Arrange and follow-up management meeting 
  • Follow up and update the monthly meeting minutes 
  • Arrange the meeting facility and other necessary items before the meeting as instructed 
B. Secretary of Top management and window of shareholders 
  • Handling President's schedule and appointment appropriately 
  • Recording and reporting of document and/or letter in and delivering to top management 
  • Ensuring timely and accuracy dissemination of information, reports, decision to staffs or management as instructed 
  • Working as a bridge of communication among top management, and other staffs as needed or instructed 
  • Managing top management visitors for hotel, flight, and schedule arrangement etc. 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
