Phnom Penh Land Development is looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as IT Manager 1 post who meets the criteria as follows: 


 Job Responsibilities: 
  • Leading and managing IT Team of Server and System to control and manage Server for database management and backup including Outlook Emails, Email addresses, website and domain; 
  • Assigning and routinely inspecting by IT Checklist over IT operations such as Server, Storage, Internet Security and functionality of desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV cameras and control rooms; Leading and/or assigning IT Team members to set up software for staff desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and CCTV cameras, and fixing both hardware and software in case of problems or errors; 
  • Regularly checking and making sure all staff desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV cameras, Server, Storage or Backup System are properly maintained and well-secured with effective and up-to-date Anti-Virus software and application(s); 
  • Designing Server Structure, network and IT-Management protocol or SOP including explanatory documentation and reports to ensure smooth process of IT operations and solutions, repairs and maintenances for all staff desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners and CCTV cameras; 
  • Responsible for Company’s data and report back-up, controlling all accesses of internal and external gateways including Emails, spams, viruses, website attacks, banned websites, firewalls…etc.; 
  • Working with MEP and Construction Division if any to assist with IT-related works, which include the reviews of layouts, installation of CCTV cameras, network cabling and system configuration…etc.; 
  • Proposing and advising technical specifications for IT-related works for Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, CCTV cameras, software and hardware; Assisting with finding suppliers and getting Quotations for IT-related works when requested; 
  • Studying IT project and preparing Project Proposal which includes system diagram, detailed design or structure, layout, BOQ, specifications, devices, products, suppliers and brands; 
  • Meeting with suppliers/vendors for IT-related projects, including smart systems, software and applications and reporting to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for review, consideration and actions to be taken; 
  • Responsible for digitalization of all departments’ workflows, communications, reporting, data management, backup, social media and HR works by programming and using applicable software; Controlling and providing IT solutions for Sales System of Real Estate products, fingerprint system for HR, and other IT-related systems, fixing the problems when error or malfunction occurs; 
  • Supporting when requested by leading and/or assigning IT Team members in the scope of IT solutions, for digital marketing, promotions and uploading contents, pictures and videos for all of the Company’s social medias, fixing the problems in case of errors; 
  • Controlling access to Server, creating, naming and authorizing the Admin and Users; Providing internal IT training to IT Team Members for capacity building and other staffs when necessary for Server management, networking, Internet Security, repairs and maintenances of PCs, Laptops, Printers and Scanners and others; 
  • Participating external trainings, workshops and seminars about IT-related topics, Cyber Security and others as assigned by CTO; 
  • Developing Job Descriptions for IT Team Members, tracking and evaluating their work performances for staff appraisals once in 6 months and yearly; 
  • Protect the Company's values by keeping the information confidential; Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to CTO; 
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by CTO; 
 Job Requirements: 
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in IT (Information Technology) or other relevant fields; 
  • 3 years or more of work experiences in Server and Database Management, Networking, System Management, Database Programming, Java SE (OOP); 
  • Knowledge and experience of Mobile App development is a plus; 
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Database Programming (VB Net, C++, MySQL, SQL Server) and Window Server troubleshooting; 
  •  Able to provide repairs and maintenances of computers and network both software and hardware; 
  • Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented; 
  •  Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); 
  • Able to work under pressure with high responsibility; 
  • Khmer and English are acceptable;

  • Salary: competitive salary, which is negotiable, based on experiences and work duration; 
  • Salary increment and/or promotion once in 6 months if best performing and then annually;
