KOFI Co., Ltd. is the leading distribution company of Espresso Coffee and Espresso machines in Cambodia; our main products are coffee machines, coffee bean, syrup, chocolate, and other related accessories. Now we are looking for dynamic and qualified candidates to fulfill the following:


1. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Managing IT Service desk 
  • Generating weekly, monthly and overall progress IT services dashboard to management 
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
  •  Ensuring the security of data, anti-virus, network access, and backup systems
  • Monitoring IT assets at its accuracy 
  • Managing information systems: VMware ESXI, vCenter, Windows server, File server, Firewall 
  • Managing cloud email, G Suite (Google) and ZOHO cloud server
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cause effectiveness 
  • Overseeing the whole network and IT Service and strike to improve and add more value to the organization 
  • Documenting over technical guidelines, knowledge base, and diagram. 
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor or Master degree of relevant 
  • Two years’ work experience in Service support and IT technical 
  • Knowledgeable with various operating systems and other platforms (VMware, window server and cloud computing) 
  • Proficiency in English
