1. Job Description: 

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory
  • Manage sales activities of sales agency to generate revenue 
  • Coordinate with sales agency to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals 
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness 
  • Evaluate sales agency performance and recommend improvements 
  • Educate sales agency about product portfolio and complimentary services offered 
  • Address sales agency related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner 
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop positive working relationship with sales agency to build business
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities 
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners 
  • Develop process improvements to optimize sales agency management activities
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and agency conferences 
  • Assist in sales agency marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities 
2. Job Requirements: 
  • Age 20 - 35 -
  • Male or Female 
  • At least high school or bachelor degree in related field 
  • At least 2-year experience in real estate industry is a plus
  • Good communication, friendly and welcoming person 
  • Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment 
  • Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated 
  • Able to work under pressure and good at team work 
  • Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite 
  • Good in writing/speaking/listening English is a must 
  • Basic salary plus commission 5,000$
