1. Job Description 

  • Set individual sales targets with sales consultant and promoter
  • Delegate responsibility for customer and accounts to sales personnel Co-ordinate sales actions for individual sales-people and promoter 
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives in each district, commune in operational province
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team and promoter 
  • Plan and direct sales team promoter training 
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and promoter 
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures 
  • Forecast annually, quarterly and monthly sales revenue 
  • Generate timely sales reports 
  • Maintain inventory first in first out system with sales from time to time
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis 
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop promotional ideas and material together with marketing team Job 
2. Requirements 
  • At least 2 years experience in sales and understand about Agricultural industry 
  • in Agriculture Knowledge 
  • Posses a very strong business acumen 
  • High level of business ethics 
  • Be able to speak and write in English
  • Able to use Computer and Microsoft Office professionally 
  • Encourage candidate from operational area to apply 
Working condition & location 
  • Working day: Mon - Sat (morning) from 8 am - 5 pm
  • Allowance: Gas, phone card, insurance, 
  • Location for Operation: Kracheh, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng
