1. Job Description 

  • To research creative design trends and develop creative concept for developing all Ford Merchandises, POSM, and other promotion materials and make sure up-to-date 
  • Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided again 
  • Using graphic design Software to develop all promotional materials which include: Brochure, Leaflet, banner, product catalogue, x-stand, and other etc. with within the deadline provided 
  • Creative visual materials such as motor show & roadshow booth, product display, spec stand, showroom dress-up & decoration, and others promotion material that meet each marketing project’s requirements and prepare sketches or storyboards based on these requirements to create the final products using computers and specialized 3D and 4D software 
  • Using sophisticated software to create graphics and animations for use in various media, such as TV Commercial (TVC) for broadcasting in Television Shows, Motion Picture, video and multimedia presentations, social and digital media, product launch and other marketing events purpose
  • Working as a team in marketing department and other cross departments to contribute effective and efficient execution
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concept to project team and marketing manager 
  • Weekly report and update the status of artwork/design progress 
  • Contribute ideas to Yearly and Quarterly Marketing Plan 
  • Handling with any other tasks directed by Marketing Manager 
  • Working closely with Marketing Team, Aftersales Team, Sales Team, IT and RMA PR & Communication Team, Ford Management etc. for collecting necessary information for producing POSM and Marketing Promotional Materials Campaign 
  • Working closely with Printing/ Production Suppliers/Marketing Agencies etc. 
  • Sending all marketing POSM/ Promotional Materials to Production Supplier 
  • Quality check and control with Printing/Production Suppliers 
2. Job Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Information Technology or related field is a plus 
  • At least 3 year experiences in graphic design, 2D, 3D and Video Editing 
  • Need to go to even sites/Locations for taking photo and comeback with artwork design, location mockup and creative concept • Innovative or Creative Thinking 
  • Information Seeking Flexibility
  • Teamwork
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, in Design etc.) and 3D & Sketchup Software (Sketchup Pro, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3ds Max, Keyshots etc.) 
  • A keen eye for aesthetic and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines 
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email, and Social Media etc.)
