Customer Services oversee all activity of a specific department or lobby area in the condominium. Ensure things are moving smoothly. Especially, they may work in any number of different settings, depending on the tenant’s requirement in which they work.
Customer Services role will directly report to Customer Service Supervisor and also working (other-task) as assigned from Property Manager.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Cool calling and answering
Welcoming customers when customers enter to towers.
Provide company related information and guide customers to the relevant offices and inform to direct
supervisor for any problem.
Receive and keep all document and pass it to related department.
Communication with hand over process verbal and non-verbal.
Advice for all extra services as booking car, meeting room, facilities, gym,
